Insurance Information

The only insurance companies we are currently in-network with are Health Partners, GEHA, and any Delta Dental plans, except for the Security Health Medicare Advantage Plan. Please note that we do not accept Medicare.

For patients without insurance, payment is expected on the date of service. We offer a payment option of half upfront and the remaining balance upon an agreed-upon term.
